Our Sacramento Investor Boot Camp will give you the tools you need to purchase investment property in today's Sacramento and Elk Grove real estate market.

We will provide 2 training programs for area investors!

Level 1 will take place in the classroom!

We will provide you with the tools you need to make an informed purchase of investment property.

You will learn:

• Where we are in the real estate cycle in our area and why the next 12 months is such a great time to buy!
• What you should expect when buying from a bank!
• Learn how an asset manager thinks and get insider information from a local REO (bank owned) agent in Elk Grove!
• How offers are received and processed by the bank!
• How to write a solid offer that will get noticed!
• About loan programs that allow you to put less money down that most mortgage professionals don't know exist for Investors!
• Get tips on what investment models are currently working in our area!
• Find out how to get the bank to pay for your closing costs!
• Which local neighborhoods you should target and what rents you should expect!

Those who graduate from Level One will move on to our Level 2 program!

In Level 2, recruits will get "in the streets" and look at samples of area real estate investments that are available. This is an opportunity for recruits to ask questions and get the perspective of seasoned investors.

We will teach you:

• What to look for in an investment home when you do your first walk-through!
• How to decide how much rehab/upgrades you should do based on your investment model!
• How to do research on the neighborhood!
• Approximate costs involved for various projects!
• What amenities make the most impact for the buck to a tenant!
• And more!
